We found that as package handling is not the Hotel's core product offering, many do not have the necessary procedures, space or package tracking equipment to compare with our service or price.

One to four packages are $20, each extra package is $5.  

Large or heavy packages If a package is over 15 kilos (33 lbs) there will be an additional $5 fee If a package is larger than 1 meter (40 inches) there will be an additional $5 fee  

For staff safety we do not accept packages heavier than 25 kilos (55 lbs)

Yes, your packages will be stored in a climate controlled shop front location which has 24 hour security.

Yes but we charge a service fee of $20 for one to four packages.

We will store the packages for up to 60 days for no additional fee. If prior arrangements have not been made in writing, packages not claimed after 90 days will be disposed of at Orlando Package Depot's discretion.

Please make your email appointment at least 2 days prior to collecting your packages. You must have a confirmed appointment in order to collect packages.
