Service Fees
Just $5 per package
We will accept and store you package for up to 30 days.
There will be an additional $5 charge if the package is over 15 kilos (33lbs) or larger than 1 meter (40 inches) in length.
If the package is not collected after 30 days there will be a $20 per month additional charge, up to 6 months.
We will need your packages collected within 6 months after delivery, otherwise we will assume that the package has been abandoned and we reserve the right to dispose of the package.

We found that as package handling is not the Hotel's core product offering, many do not have the necessary procedures, space or package tracking equipment to compare with our service or price.

We are working on an automatic notification feature but for now, you can click below and using your tracking number you can see if your package/s have arrived.

There will be no charge for storage up to 30 days.
